Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B supplied white cosmetics containing water from around 2006 to Defendant A, who supplied them to Defendant A, and Defendant A supplied the above cosmetics from Defendant B to G, who is a sales book. G sold in Daegu, Gyeongbuk-gu, Gyeongnam-do, and cosmetic stores and cosmetics selling stores, etc., which are contained in which the Defendants shared the above role together with G, and the Defendants conspired to sell the non-processed cosmetics containing water to general consumers in order.

1. No person who violates the Cosmetics Act shall sell cosmetics using raw materials that can not be used for cosmetics, or manufacture, import, keep or display cosmetics for sale;

Nevertheless, according to the above public offering, Defendant B supplied the Defendant A with the non-processed cosmetics containing the number of materials that could not be used as cosmetics from October 2006 to December 2013. Defendant A supplied the said cosmetics to G, a sales book for the same period. G sold the said cosmetics at the G’s I office located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and around January 3, 2007, after receiving KRW 25,000, an illegal cosmetic, which contains the number of materials that could not be used for cosmetics.

As such, the Defendants conspired with G from that time until December 30, 2013 sold illegal cosmetics containing a total of 158,858,334 won in total at the market price by selling 454 times at marina stores, cosmetics stores, etc., as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. Any person who violates the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act shall put a false mark of origin on goods, advertisements thereof, or trade documents or communications by means of misleading the general public, or sell, distribute, import or export goods bearing such mark.
