Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fines, they shall be prohibited.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Although a person who intends to engage in a fish farming business is registered with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, the Defendant raised 56 mals of black pigs in a swine shed located in 309.6m2 in ASEAN from April 2010 to July 2012 without registering the livestock farming business.

(b) A person who intends to install a waste-generating facility by raising livestock in violation of the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta shall report thereon to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment, but the defendant shall do so without reporting thereon;

As in paragraph (1), livestock excreta waste-generating facilities were installed, and black swine 56 horses were raised.

C. Although slaughter and treatment of livestock in violation of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act, collection of milk, processing, packing, and storage of livestock products should be conducted at a permitted workplace, the Defendant from May 201 to August 20 of the same year.

In the place of port, it was processed arbitrarily at Asan-si D, a place of work, other than the place of work for which the deathr's license was granted due to the change of 4-math of black pigs raised at the place of port.

2. Defendant B

A. Where the total floor area of a violation of the Building Act constitutes an extension within 85 square meters, a report was filed with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs in advance, and the Defendant extended the pipe structure building of 24.01 square meters from Asan-si E to 24.01 square meters without permission to use it as an annual storage.

(b) A person who intends to sell foods in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall report to the Commissioner of the Korea Food and Drug Administration, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu by type of business or place of business, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
