A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate a livestock breeding business shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, with respect to the adequate number of raising livestocks per unit area and the location of such facilities, equipment, and unit area as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from March 31, 2018 to March 5, 2019, operated a livestock industry of approximately 3,305 square meters in the size B in Busan-gun without obtaining permission from the competent authority.

The Defendant is a person who raises livestock, such as salt, chickens, and dogs, in a 1,000 square meters or less in an area located in Busan-gun B, Busan-gun.

1. A person who intends to recycle food wastes in violation of the Wastes Control Act for eating his/her livestock shall prepare facilities and equipment meeting the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment and report thereon to the Mayor/Do Governor

Nevertheless, from June 16, 2017 to February 22, 2019, the Defendant collected food wastes from nearby restaurants and recycled them for livestock.

Nevertheless, on March 12, 2019, the Defendant raised salt 60 ma, chickens 3,000 ma, and 6 maris in a livestock breeding facility without reporting to the captain of a Gun, and installed and operated it without reporting the discharge facility of livestock excreta.
