1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally, but Defendant C shall be within the scope of the property inherited from the network D, to the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff asserts as stated in the "Cause of Claim" and "the cause of the changed claim," and the plaintiff's above assertion can be acknowledged in addition to the whole purport of the pleading in each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including various numbers).

Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the plaintiff the money listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff within the scope of the property inherited from the network D as requested by the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is to be accepted for all reasons (the defendant C restricted the inheritance from the network D to the extent of the property inherited from the network D, and it is so argued that he is liable for the inheritance obligation only within the scope of the property inherited from the network D. However, the plaintiff is seeking the performance of the obligation recognized earlier within the scope of the property inherited from the network D. Thus, the above circumstance pointed out by the defendant C does not interfere with the plaintiff's claim of this case). It is so decided as per Disposition.
