Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses that walk roads shall follow instructions given by traffic safety facilities and pass along the center right side of roads.

Nevertheless, around 15:00 on July 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven the public service center in front of the Ministry of National Defense, which is located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu; (b) driven the B motorcycle along the safety zone and left-hand turn in the direction of the crossing of the green street crossing from the intersection to the intersection of the intersection; and (c) obstructed the central line by reporting and controlling the traffic policemen who are under control in the front bank on two occasions in the opposite direction to the damage.
