A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meart clocks (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which are a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Intermediation of trade of phiphones;

A. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a request from a policeman D to seek phiphonephones; and (b) was aware of the trade mediation between C and D; and (c) received such request; and (d) received such request.

Then, at the same day, 1.2 g of the Go-dong, which was located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and 1.80,000 won in cash received from D, from C, was flicked to C, and the said lickphone was flicked to D before the F convenience store in the same Gu E.

As such, the Defendant assisted the trade of philophones with C and D.

B. On September 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a request from D to request for scopon from D to request scopon; and (b) requested C to request scopon; (c) around the same day, at the same time, D sent approximately 1.8g of scopon from C to the account in the name of the Defendant’s agricultural cooperative; and (d) withdrawn KRW 1.2 million from C to transfer from G to the Defendant’s agricultural cooperative account in the name of the Defendant; and (d) released the said scopon in cash to C; and (e) sent D from the I convenience store in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant sent the scopon to G.

As such, the Defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and G.

2. On September 26, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in the Kelter located in J of Suwon-si on September 26, 2016, in such a way as to inhale the smoke by inserting the amount of unfolded penphones in quantity together with D and G into a gambling place, and inserting it into a racker as soon as possible, and then in such a way as to inhale the smoke by using the rack.
