Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 2, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Do Government District Court on February 2, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 9, 2012.

2. On September 30, 2014, the Defendant purchased Handphones from a passenger car parked in front of the “F” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and KRW 500,000 to G.
