Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to install a swine breeding facility with a size of at least 50 square meters, which is a facility for discharging livestock excreta, shall report to the competent authority, and shall not use a waste-generating facility installed without reporting to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, from around December 2, 2013 to July 25, 2014, the Defendant raised pigs while operating a swine breeding facility with a size of 175 square meters (35m x 5m) of livestock waste discharge facilities installed without reporting to the competent authority in the area outside C, and four parcels outside C, Nam-si.
