Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to install a horse breeding facility with a size of at least 100 square meters, which is a facility for discharging livestock excreta, or who is in the installation and operation thereof, shall report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority from May 10, 2017 to June 2, 2017, operated the horse riding riding experience site in the name of “C” in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, while installing and operating a horse breeding facility, which is a livestock excreta discharge facility of a size of 753.28 square meters, raising 20 marin at the said breeding facility.
