Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who works as an internal director of the Nam-gu Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. located in the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.

From January 1, 2015 to February 2015, the Defendant forged one surety insurance policy in the name of the Seoul Guarantee Insurance (License) Seoul, a private document for rights and duties, for the purpose of exercising the performance (authorization) surety insurance policy without authority at the office of the State (State) office located in B (State) at the time of port on August 14, 2014, to August 14, 2015 (365 days), “from August 14, 2014 to August 14, 2015 (365 days)” in the column for the authorization and license period “from August 14, 2014 to August 14, 2015 (365 days)” in the bottom insurance policy.

B. On June 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) submitted a performance (authorization) guaranty insurance policy, which was forged at the office of the (State) C located in the Nam-gu Office in the Nam-gu Office of the Republic of Korea, to the International Cooperation and D for the Posi Port of North Korea; and (b) submitted it directly to the Defendant, as the said policy was duly issued.
