A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in the Daejeon District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 7, 201.

1. On September 2, 2013, the Defendant, at the “C” mobile phone sales store operated by the Defendant in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, for the purpose of exercising, forged a copy of the application form for this mobile subscription in the name of the customer, stating “D”, “E”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the address column, and “D” in the applicant column with the signature of “D”, and then forged the application form for this mobile subscription in the name of “D”, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

In addition, from that time to September 17, 2013, the Defendant forged five copies of the application form for the lele mobile subscription, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising it over five times, as described in the attached list of crimes.

2. Around September 2, 2013, the Defendant, at the aforementioned “C” mobile phone sales store, deceiving the said staff by means of sofacing and transmitting the application for this mobile subscription under the above forged name D to an employee in the victim’s agency who was aware of the forgery as if he were genuinely formed, and then by deceiving the said staff, which is equivalent to KRW 1,035,360, E30K mobile phone from the victim, and KRW 50,000,000,000,000 for sales incentives.

In addition, from that time to September 17, 2013, the Defendant enticed the employees of the victim in a total of five times as shown in the attached crime list, and then fraudulently acquired mobile phone and sales incentives from the victim.
