A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around May 25, 2016, the Defendant received 100 million won under the name of a housing construction cost from the victim by making a false statement as above to the F Bank account in the name of the Defendant.
2. The Defendant is a person who served as the representative director of the (ju)C from March 17, 2017 to April 5, 2018.
On March 17, 2017, the Defendant is a road located in Daegu Suwon-dong, around August 2018 while obtaining a vehicle from the victim H (H) holding the said vehicle from around November 9, 2016 and keeping the said vehicle for the victim by obtaining the vehicle from the vehicle from around 113,84,42 won in the name of the State (H)C around November 9, 2016.
