Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:55 on April 15, 2014, the Defendant driven a vehicle B, without a vehicle driver’s license, approximately 5 KK from the front day of the middle-gu Suwon-dong, Daegu Suwon-gu, to the front day of the construction of the vehicle, in front of the big tree restaurant in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
