A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

Nevertheless, the Defendant dealt with psychotropic drugs, such as psychotropic drugs, as follows. The Defendant dealt with a single-name clopon (hereinafter “copon”).

1. The Defendant, along with the advertisement of the sales of phiphones on the Internet, posted the advertisement in SNS telegram (SNS DB, “C”) at a designated place from those who want to purchase the phiphones, with the intention of having the purchaser receive money from the designated place, and selling the phiphones in a way that he would inform the buyer of the place where the phiphones concealed it in advance and collect it.

On December 17, 2019, at around 14:16, the Defendant, at around 14:16, ordered a police officer who reported Internet advertising and attempted to trade telephones to keep KRW 200,000 in cash on the E restaurant stairs located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, to keep approximately 0.05 g of telephones on the front rail column of the parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and sold the phiphones to the police officer by means of sending the photophones concealed by the police officer at around 14:30 on the same day.

2. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On January 7, 2020, the Defendant, around 18:58, remitted 300,000 won to the account of H I association under H’s name, which was known by sexually ill-disease boxes (hereinafter “G”), and around that time, purchased opphones by collecting approximately 0.1g of opphones located in the bitra fire hydrants in Seoul, Gangnam-gu Seoul.

B. On January 15, 2020, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 to the account in the name of the above H, and around 03:20 on the same day, the Defendant purchased philophones by collecting approximately 0.1g of philophones located in the bitra fire hydrant located in the name of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong) from 03:20 on the same day.

3. The Defendant, at around January 21, 202, put in K apartment L, his residence in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, approximately 0.1g of opon and drinking water.
