A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 20:42 on July 1, 2020, the Defendant discovered that the door of a DNA high-speed vehicle parked by the victim C was not locked, opened and opened the above vehicle, and used the key of the vehicle kept inside the vehicle, and carried the vehicle at the time, and carried the vehicle at the market price of KRW 30 million owned by the victim.

3.
