Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:00 on March 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went into an abandoned house owned by the victim Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (b) went into the apartment house owned by the victim Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (c) intruded the building managed by the victim through an open gate for himself/herself.

2. At around 17:50 on March 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) cited two market prices of Alinum Warsawa, which was owned by the victim, in the foregoing structure; and (b) stolen it.
