1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 29,300,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 26, 2016 to June 20, 2016.

In the absence of dispute between the parties or comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff loaned money to the Defendant under the name of various card payments and attorney-at-law fees, etc. and then decided as KRW 29.3 million between the Defendant and the Defendant on December 30, 2015. The Defendant divided this into installments to the Plaintiff up to January 25, 2016, and from February 25, 2016 to the same year.

5. By the 25th day of each month, 50 million won, and the remaining 2.23 million won as of June 26, 2016, the Defendant agreed to pay each additional installment, and the Defendant is obligated to pay each additional installment at the rate of 1.5% per annum under the Civil Act, from January 26, 2016 to June 20, 2016, to the date on which the original copy of the payment order was served to the Defendant, and to pay each additional installment at the rate of 1.5% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., even once the payment of the installment was made, and the Defendant did not pay the above seven million won by January 25, 2016.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
