1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 130 million and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 3, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Upon the absence of dispute between the parties or comprehensively taking account of the entire descriptions and arguments set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 4, B shall be paid KRW 20 million until April 29, 2016, KRW 40 million until April 29, 2016, KRW 40 million until May 30, 2016, KRW 40 million where loans are implemented at a financial institution after the completion of an apartment constructed on the Gyeongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and KRW 30 million where loans are implemented at a financial institution after the completion of an officetel constructed on three parcels of land: if the relevant installment is not paid on the due date of repayment of each such installment, the Defendant agreed to pay the amount in lump sum to the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 30 million; and the Defendant shall be paid KRW 206,000,000 within the agreed amount of KRW 361,60,000,000 from the date of payment of the said installment; and the Defendant shall be notified the Defendant of the above agreed amount of KRW 163616,06.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
