Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Acquisition of stolen goods by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. At around 17:00 on January 10, 2013, the Defendants conspired with C and acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 100,000,000, after being aware of the fact that the said D stolen victim E’s market price was a stolen article, from D, which reported Internet advertising letters on the front of the short-distance street station located in 2458, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 2458.
B.
