Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, without certain occupation, has put a notice on a " smartphone insertion" on the Internet-China mobile phone transaction site without a certain occupation, to purchase a smartphone, and Defendant B is a Chinese person, Defendant A, etc., and a person who purchases a smartphone and ships it out to China.
1. Defendant A, around August 15, 2012, around 17:00, purchased 180,000 won, knowing that the instant mobile phone embezzled was stolen, and acquired stolen goods by purchasing 180,000 won, knowing that it was stolen, even though he did not acquire 7:0 jumal jum 3-ro 3 subway stations located in Jongno-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and that 8.50,000 won of the market price in which he owned the victim’s name was not returned to the victim.
In addition, the Defendant knowingly purchased stolens from June 28, 2012 to August 20, 2012, and acquired stolens by purchasing a total of 24 times a total of 1,2850,00 won of the market price, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1).
2. At around 16:00 on August 20, 2012, Defendant B, despite being aware of the fact that the above cell phone was stolen, he purchased 100,000 won and 50,000 won each, even though he acquired scar equivalent to 90,000 won at the market price of the victim H owned by the Defendant, scar from LTE 1 and 3D 1,000 won at the market price of the victim I and did not return to the victims.
In addition, the Defendant acquired stolens by purchasing a total of 1,5620,000 won of the market price on 29 occasions, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2) with knowledge of the fact that stolens are stolen from June 28, 2012 to August 18, 2012.
