AC is sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years, etc. for one year by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse ( sex purchase, etc.) at the Suwon District Court on July 3, 2014.

7.11. The decision became final and conclusive.

1. Defendant B

A. The Defendant, along with AF and AG, committed fraud from AH and AI, who is engaged in sexual traffic in the sexual traffic business in the Ganyang-si Mayang-si, in order to run the sexual traffic arrangement business by using juveniles in the Ganyang-si, Annyang-si, in order to conduct the sexual traffic arrangement business.

On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed fraud with AF and AG in front of “AL” located in Manyang-si, Manyang-si; and (b) paid KRW 100,000 to AH and AI as a gold.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with AF and AG, sold the victim with the knowledge that he would be the object of buying sex of juveniles.

나. 아동ㆍ청소년의성보호에관한법률위반(강요행위등) 및 아동ㆍ청소년의성보호에관한법률위반(알선영업행위등) 피고인은 2014. 6. 중순경 수원시 권선구 AM에 있는 피고인의 집에서 AF과 함께 위와 같이 매수한 피해자가 도망가지 못하도록 그녀를 감시하면서, “방값과 휴대폰 사용요금을 내 줄 테니 성매매를 해라. 안 하면 나가서 거지같이 살아야 한다. 경찰서에 잡혀가더라도 혼자 성매매를 한 것이라고 말해라. 안 그러면 인생의 빨간줄이 그어진다”라고 말하고, 피해자의 면전에서 함께 지내던 AN와 AO를 구타하여 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자가 도망가지 못하게 하고, 스마트폰 어플리케이션 ‘즐톡’ 등을 이용하여 피해자와의 성관계 1회에 15만 원, 2회에 25만 원, 항문성교는 35만 원, 동침은 45~60만 원의 가격을 제시하여 성매수자를 모집한 다음, 피해자로 하여금 성매수자들과 성매매를 하게 하여 성매매를 알선하고 돈을...
