[criminal record] On August 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law in the resident support of the Daegu District Court on August 9, 2016, and was released on May 2, 2017 in a resident prison on parole on the execution of the sentence and passed on May 19, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

On November 11, 2017, at around 14:15, the Defendant: (a) set the gate of the locked entrance and opened the entrance; (b) opened the entrance; (c) opened the entrance; and (d) opened the door; and (c) intrudes upon the residence of the victims by entering the door beyond the wall that the victims did not open the door.
