Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of 8 months and a fine of 100,000 won in the Seoul Northern District Court for the crime of intrusion upon residence, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on April 8, 2019.

1. On June 17, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of June 17, 2019: around 15:51:36, 2019, caused the victim D and E house in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to put up plastic gambling under the victim D and E house, and entered the top of the wall, and invaded the victim’s residence.

[2019 Highest 3977] On August 20, 2019, the Defendant entered the victim D and E’s residence in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, leading to the victim D and E’s residence, and invaded upon the victims’ residence.

[2019 Highest 4007] The Defendant, around 12:55 on July 14, 2019, operated by the victim G in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, has a gap in the victim’s monitoring neglected in terms of the “H” cosmetics operated by the victim G.
