A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and a fine not exceeding 100,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On July 4, 2018, the Defendant continued accompanying the victim B, opened a gate that was not locked without any particular reason, and invaded upon the victim’s residence by entering a gate that was located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, without any particular reason, around July 16, 2018;

B. On August 4, 2018, at around 20:40, the Defendant: (a) placed the place of receipt in the vicinity of the victims described in the above paragraph (a) without any particular reason; (b) examined the front of the said victims’ home wall; and (c) opened a gate and opened an unfring gate, and intrudes upon the victims’ home; and (d) opened the gate and opened it on the wall;

C. On August 7, 2018, around 15:00, the victims mentioned in the above paragraph (a) put plastic milk boxes in front of the front of the said victims’ home wall without any particular reason, and then put them in front of the said victims’ home wall and intrude into the victims’ residence, and without any particular reason;

D. On August 7, 2018, around 16:00, the victims described in the instant paragraph (a) came to the house of the victims stated in the said paragraph.

2) intrusion upon the victims’ residence, as described in the subsection, and re-enters the victims’ residence through the gate opened after the victims’ intrusion;

E. On August 8, 2018, around 11:09, the date when the victims mentioned in the above paragraph (a) came to the house of the victims stated in the above paragraph (a) and put them in front of the house wall of the victims, and went beyond the wall and intrudes on the residence of the victims.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence more than five times in total.

2. Around August 8, 2018, the Defendant discovered the victim who was waiting for the victim B from the third floor underground of the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul building, and assaulted the victim on a drinking water without any reason.

3. Anyone who has violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall continuously attempt access against the explicit will of the other party to meet or comply with the agenda.
