Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a holder of B Kazon who is engaged in driving of the said Kazon.

1. On May 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act: (a) on May 21, 2015, at the three-distance Intersection near the Gisan-ro 2, the Jari-si 2, Gosu-si, and (b) made a left-hand turn to the right-hand turn from the direction of the Ansan Park.
