B is a person who is engaged in the operation of a car in Ctea, and Defendant A is a person who is engaged in the operation of D Costa Bosch Rexroth.

B A around 12:20 on April 9, 2016, driving the said vehicle and driving it on the road of the two-lane 2nd from the west-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si. Defendant A was driving the said vehicle at the same time and at the same place, and driven the said vehicle in the same direction as followed. At that time, there was a center line of yellow-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si.

Nevertheless, Defendant B neglected to do so and did not look at the rear side, and turned to the left at the 13-lane 13-way left-hand turn on the front 2-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri, and Defendant A did not look at the right-hand side of the above passenger car operated by Defendant B while trying to pass the left-hand turn to the left-hand turn on the left-hand side without examining the front side.

As a result, the Defendants caused the death of the victim due to the damage of acute acceleration around April 13, 2016 while having the victim receive treatment at the Ariju University Hospital due to joint occupational negligence.
