Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2013, the defendant was subject to a disposition to transfer juvenile protection cases by larceny, etc. at Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office.

1. Larceny of buildings habitually invaded at night;

A. On January 1, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) placed in a restaurant operated by the victim D in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, in the key hole; (b) opened the door door by coercioning it by force; and (c) invaded into the Kacter; (d) placed one cash 200,000 won in the victim’s possession; and (e) stolen property worth KRW 300,000 in total from that time to January 15, 2018; and (e) stolen property worth KRW 8,338,000 in total over 30 times in total, as shown in Table 1 of the List of Crimes in Annex 1; and (e) stolen property over twice as shown in Table 3 of the List of Crimes in Annex 3.

B. On January 8, 2018, at around 04:25, the Defendant came to a restaurant operated by the victim G located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government F, and opened the automatic entrance in the key hole and opened it by coercioning it by force, and attempted to steals money and valuables, but did not come to an attempted crime, but did not come to an end. From that time, the Defendant attempted to steal money and valuables by intrusion upon a structure at night over five times from that time until 07:18 on the same day, such as the second day of the daily list of crimes in the annexed sheet 2, but did not come to an end with the wind, but did not come to an attempted crime.

On January 10, 2018, around 02:41, the Defendant: (a) set up an Otoba in front of the YI building in order to display a key and set up an Obaba; and (b) cut off the victim’s property at the victim’s market price of at least 300,000 won, which includes a portable card terminal device of at least 300,000 won in the market price owned by the victim.

2. The defendant who has violated the Traffic Act on Roads shall be subject to paragraph (1) 1-C.
