"2017 Highest 3523"

1. From around 00:00 to around 01:00 on August 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the store at “D” stores in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, by using a dust with the front entrance prepared in advance; (b) 3.5 million won at the victim E-owned market; and (c) cut off with clock (JMAX) 300cc and 1 Orala, three keyss; and (d) from around July 16, 2017 to August 23, 2017, the annexed crime inundation table (i.e., “6 to 80 millions of tobacco” (market price) was changed from July 3, 2017 to “6 to 6 to 80s of indictment”.

In the same way, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13) stolen the property of the victims equivalent to 16,875,00 won in total over 10 times in total.

2. From July 21, 2017 to August 22, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny the victims’ property at least three times in total in the same manner as the daily list of crimes in the attached Form of crime (3,6,11) from around July 21, 2017 to August 22, 2017, the Defendant attempted to steal the victims’ property at least three times in total, in the same manner as the instant list of crimes in the attached Form of crime (3,6,11).

3. On August 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) did not obtain a Class 2 driver’s license for a small-sized motor vehicle. From around 23:59 on August 22, 2017, the Defendant driven the Defendant’s Haba from around 23:59 to the front road of the Daejeon Daejeon-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam, Masan, and Daejeon, the victim E, as described in paragraph 1, was stolen from the D store located in Songpa-gu, and driven the Defendant’s Maba, from around 300 to the day when he drives on the road in front of the said store.
