Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 4, 1999, the Defendant drafted a real estate lease agreement on the lease of a deposit of KRW 30 million with a lessor C and Mineyang-si. However, the Defendant lost this.

Since around 2008, the defendant needs to submit the clothing franchise contract in the name of E (titleF) in order to enter into the clothing franchise contract with the trademark franchise company in the name of E (titleF) which is one's own wife, the defendant thought to newly prepare a lease contract with the same contents as the above real estate lease contract without the consent of G entrusted with the management of the above building by C.

Accordingly, around February 12, 2012, theO found the above "I" store operated by the Defendant, and changed the G's contract to "I", and made a copy of the forged contract.
