Defendant
A Imprisonment for three years, Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for two years, Defendant C, D, E, and F, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around March 16, 2013, Defendant C, D, E, and F’s co-principal committed a crime: (a) around 23:40 on March 16, 2013, as a matter of whether or not Defendant C used the singing in the Pnoos located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO; (b) there was a conflict of opinions with Defendant E; and (c) at that time, Q Q, who was seeking to use the said singing, was the head thereof; and (d) Defendant C, who expressed that Q would be “this slick.”
Accordingly, the victim A (the age of 26) who entered the above singing room prior to Q and heard the fact of the above trial from Q was mistaken out of the above singing room, and the victim A (the age of 26) misleads the defendant E as to the above Q and the defendant E as to the above Q and the Si guard, and her boomed at one time with his hand floor.
Defendant
C and E, among the above facts, completed the use of the said sing on the alley in the vicinity of the said singing room at around 01:40 on March 17, 2013, and discovered out of the said singular road that the victim A passed through the road near the said alley, taken the victim’s head by using a beer’s disease, which is a dangerous object, and took part in the part of the victim’s body used on the ground. At the time, Defendant D and F, who was at the site with the said Defendants, committed assault against the said victim in the same manner.
Accordingly, when the victim B (the age of 28) was prevented from the above acts of the defendants, the defendant C is walking the part of the victim's her part due to her appearance, the defendant F her part under the eye of the victim one time due to drinking, and the defendant E her face at one time due to drinking.
The Defendants, as such, committed an injury to the victim A, such as a pelvise, etc. which requires treatment for about 42 days, by assaulting the victims while being in possession of beer and beer who is a dangerous object, and committed an injury to the victim B, such as a pelvise, which requires treatment for about 28 days.
