[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 7, 2015, the Defendants: (a) completed an overseas packing director with the employees of packing companies, and (b) around 00:10 on July 7, 2015, at the third floor of the building F in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, the third floor of the building “Gnonong-gu,” and (c) had been waiting for the said singingter’s accounting; and (b) the victim H (the age of 42) who was said to be the Defendant Company B was said to have been mistaken for the Defendant Company B as the employee of the said singinger, and had a dispute with the victim H.
While the Defendants were in dispute with the victim H, Defendant A had the victim H “A” but had the victim H expressed the phrase “A” from the victim H, and had the victim h talked with the victim H, and then had the victim h talked with the victim h, at the lower part of the victim H’s head. Defendant B had the victim h’s head back, and Defendant B had the victim h’s face at one time with the victim h, and had the victim h met with the victim h at one time with the lower part of the victim’s face. Defendant C had the victim’s face at one time with the lower part of the victim’s face.
While the victim I (the age of 42) continued to have observed the above victim I (the age of 42), he reported that Defendant B had a fire extinguisher on the victim H, had a stringer on the singing corridor, and deducted the fire extinguisher, and Defendant B had the victim I face head from the glass entry of the "J Party Head" in the "J Party Head" in the above singing room.
