Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of three hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of bodily injury resulting from special confinement at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 27, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. From July 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on July 24, 2015, 2015, at the studio B Studio parking lot, the key to the victim C is sticked up to 125 cc cm, and (b) up to September 5, 2015, the Defendant: (c) extracted one of the two keys on the market value, which is the victim’s ownership; and (d) stolen the victim’s property at least six times in total from that time until September 5, 2015.

At around 22:00 on July 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the network around 600,000 won of the market price of the victim C, which was parked in the studio parking lot B at Jinjin-si, D; (b) the Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), was a key to the above Oral Ba that was stolen before and concealed in the surrounding area; and (c) then, the Defendant, as the key to the above Oral Ba, was cut down and driven on the back seat, was stolen by driving D on the back seat; and (d) subsequently, the Defendant stolen or attempted the victims’ property through integration with D, E, F, G, H, I, and J on a total of ten occasions until June 2, 2016, as indicated in attached Table 2 of the Crimes List.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On July 26, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven an efficiencies 125cc U.S. car on July 26, 2015, without any registration number as described in paragraph (2), from the parking lot B at Sinjin-si to July 26, 2015, from July 22:40 to the front road at Sinjin-si, from July 26, 2015.

B. The Defendant committed the crime of July 17, 2017, without obtaining a driver’s license, and is in front of the Dong small distance of 996, a day from July 17, 2017, to July 18, 2017, from July 17, 2017, to July 17, 2017, from the roads located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
