A thief: (a) around August 3, 2016, the Defendant: (b) stolen the Victim H in front of “G” located in the “G,” Seoul Special Self-Governing Province F, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province; (c) by forcing the Victim H to walk one unit of I City 100G 100,000, an amount equal to KRW 300,000,000 at the market price set by the Victim H.

On August 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by taking advantage of the victim’s 150,000,000 won market value owned by the J, based on one of the keys, which was parked in the first floor of “mutual lending,” which was 46-9, Do-ro 46-9, Do-ro, Samcheon-gun, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter “Seoul Special Self-Governing Province”).

On October 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the M Large 125CC, without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from the front day of the Jinjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) to the parking lot of the Jinjin-gu (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) in the same section from the front day of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) to the next day.
