Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 22, 2010, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) was subject to a disposition to send juvenile protection case to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office by special larceny, etc. from that time until January 29, 2013, and was subject to a disposition to send juvenile protection case 12 times from that time. At around 03:20 on June 7, 2014, the Defendant attempted to steals the victims’ property or attempted to steal the victims’ property by habitually 14 times from March 29, 2011 to June 15, 2014, when the starting key was displayed at the “D” parking lot located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
