1. Defendants A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, B, and Defendant D are the children of the above husband and wife, and Defendant C are the male and female couple with Defendant B.

1. Defendant A’s insurance fraud, who subscribed to 18 insurance products from November 21, 2006 to 18 insurance products, was engaged in double-concentrating purchase of insurance products guaranteeing daily allowances for hospitalization at the time of hospitalized treatment. Defendant A, despite the need for hospitalized treatment, was able to obtain insurance proceeds by applying for the daily allowances for hospitalization, etc. of the insurance company.

Defendant

A was hospitalized in J Hospital "J Hospital" (K in Young-gu, Busan) as an escape certificate for 76 days from December 14, 2007 to February 27, 2008.

However, the facts are that Defendant A did not have symptoms, so it was sufficient to provide outpatient treatment only, and Defendant A did not receive proper hospitalized treatment, such as from time to time during the duration of hospitalization and viewing personal duties.

Nevertheless, on February 28, 2008, Defendant A submitted relevant documents, such as the written confirmation of release from entry, etc., as if he/she had been actually hospitalized in the Red State Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Retition Life”) around February 28, 2008, and applied for insurance money, such as daily allowances for hospitalization, and was paid KRW 2,280,000 from the said victim insurance company.

1. Defendant A’s interest country life insurance company (hereinafter “Modern life insurance company”), Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Samsung Bio-resources”), Mbub Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Sule Saemaul Savings Depository”), Es Amera Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AS”) in the same manner over 52 times in total as indicated in the list of crimes committed by Defendant A, with the same method, Korea Commercial Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Commercial accident Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korean Commercial accident”) (hereinafter “Modern Marine”) and A Indibrication Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Modern Sea”), and Ea Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”).
