Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around January 10, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice stating that “E contact diskettes exists, which would not be due to circumstances,” on the Internet bulletin board of the next Kafin era.”
Although the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to sell contact diskettes, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim F who reported and contacted the above notice to the effect that “If 300,000 won is remitted, the Defendant will send the contact pockets to Kwikset Service.” The Defendant received 300,000 won from the victim for the same day under the name of the price for the diskettes from June 14, 2013 to March 20, 2014 by the same method as indicated in the attached list of crimes (i) as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and received KRW 9,782,200 from the victims by the same method over 57 times.

1. On July 2, 2013, at around 07:47, the Defendant made a false statement that the victim G posted a notice to the effect that “Aphone 4S would be purchased” on the Internet trading site of used goods at the victim, and that “Aphone 110,000 won would be sent to the victim by phone call,” and that “A mobile phone will be sent to the cell phone.”
However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the opphone 4S.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 110,00 from the victim via the agricultural bank passbook in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
2. At around 12:00 on July 30, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the victim H posted a letter to the effect that “The victim H want to purchase her kives ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ves ve
However, the defendant is willing or ability to send a ticket even if he receives the price from the victim.
