Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 7, 201, the Defendant forged private documents in collusion with B, the Defendant entered, in collusion with B, “C” into each contract of air conditioners and water purifier sirens contract at the house located in Suwon-si C, Suwon-si, and the column for confirmation of acceptance.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with B, forged a siren contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of uttering.

2. In collusion with B, the Defendant: (a) delivered two copies of the rental contract forged as mentioned in paragraph (1) at the time and place; (b) as if it were a document duly formed to E, the Defendant used the forged rental contract as stated in paragraph (1).

3. In collusion with B, the Defendant, in fact at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph 1, deceiving E by presenting a forged siren contract to E, a product manufacturer of erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic 940,000 won at the market price owned by the victim company.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property owned by the victim company in collusion with B.
