Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who obstructs general traffic by June 2, 201 shall damage or fire a road, waterway, or bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means;

On June 2, 2011, at around 22:0-23:15, the Defendant, along with approximately 300 participants in the assembly held as C, held as C, “the realization of anti-value registration fees without any conditions”, proposed relief, and obstructed vehicle traffic by occupying the two lanes prior to the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Maternology as the front of the post office as the front side.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with traffic.

2. No person who obstructs general traffic on June 4, 201 shall damage or fire a road, waterway, or bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means;

On June 4, 2011, at around 19:00 to 21:25, the Defendant attended with 1,000 participants in the assembly at the “convening session for the performance of the anti-value registration deposit,” held as C in front of the Sejong-gu Seoul Central District, Jung-gu, Seoul. At around 22:05-22:50 on the same day, the Defendant occupied 300 participants of the assembly from the front side of the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Si Bolllllllllllle to the front side of the Burking, and obstructed the traffic of vehicles by creating relief, raising an anti-value registration deposit, or by demonstration of a career or demonstration.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with traffic.

3. No person who obstructs general traffic by September 29, 201 shall damage or fire a road, waterway, or bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means;

On September 29, 201, the Defendant participated with 2,00 participants in the Assembly at the meeting held as C from September 19, 201 to the south of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Cheongsan Scenic, with 70 participants in the Assembly from around 22:15 to 00:30 on the same day.
