1. The Defendant’s KRW 35,668,432 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from August 4, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

1. 35,68,432 won of the unpaid balance of the processing fees (the removal of the fiber Flag from the fiber Flag) performed by the Defendant from October 2013 to June 2014, and damages for delay thereof, shall be claimed against the Defendant.

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015, and effective on October 1, 2015, the partial dismissal (if the duplicate of the complaint is served until September 29, 2015) is recognized only as 20% per annum from July 17, 2015 to September 30, 2015, the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
