1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 70,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s annual rate from March 23, 2015 to August 5, 2015; and (b) August 6, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);

3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015, and effective on October 1, 2015, the partial dismissal (if the duplicate of the complaint is served until September 29, 2015) is recognized only as 20% per annum from July 17, 2015 to September 30, 2015, the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
