1. The Defendant’s KRW 128,320,474 as well as 6% per annum from January 28, 2014 to December 3, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. A claim for the unpaid balance of 128,320,474 won and damages for delay shall be filed against the Defendant (goods related to steel plates and steel structures) supplied by the Plaintiff by January 27, 2014.

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);

3. As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the date following the date of service of a copy of the complaint of this case, shall be recognized and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
