Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 9, 2013, at around 20:40, the Defendant: (a) sought to purchase a train ticket starting immediately before the ticket counter Nos. 2 in the Gandong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon to purchase the train ticket up to Seoul Station; (b) on the ground that the train time is too late, the Defendant took a bath to the service personnel E working in the ticket counter, such as “a bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit.”

Then, the defendant, on his left hand, destroyed one carder under the market price's management of the Korea Railroad Corporation in the way that he thins up the card dog on the ticket counter with his left hand and gets off twice the ticket counter with his substitute seat and gets off twice the ticket counter with his left hand, and gets off the card dog on the market price under the management of the Korea Railroad Corporation.

2. On October 9, 2013, around 20:45, the Defendant violated the Railroad Safety Act and the Defendant: (a) destroyed the card so that F was moving to and reported to the Daejeon Center for the Railroad Police Officers as a service office; and (b) attempted to out of the service office.

At this time, the defendant raised complaints against the victim G (the 46-year-old) of the D Station Service Center to prevent the victim from leaving the service room, and committed assault against the victim's right side by her own fault, such as “I am h, kh, kh. kh. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h.)” and “I amh.h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h.h. h.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the cutting of a peltos that need to be treated for about three weeks, and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the victim, who is a railroad worker, for about ten minutes.
