1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 97,360,049 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from March 11, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings, evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing the assembly-type panel and wholesale and retail business. The defendant is engaged in construction material business in Jeonju with the trade name "C", the plaintiff supplied the defendant with the goods of the assembly-type panel, etc. at the defendant's order, and the transaction during the period was settled on August 29, 2019, and the total sum of the outstanding amount reaches 112,360,049 won. The defendant paid only 15 million won out of the outstanding amount on January 31, 2020. Thus, barring any special circumstance, the defendant is obligated to pay the remaining goods price to the plaintiff at the rate of 97,360,049 won (12,360,049 won - 15 million won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 1.21% from the day following the day when the copy of the complaint of this case was served by the plaintiff.

In regard to this, the defendant alleged that although the plaintiff supplied the materials to the Gwangju field of D, the plaintiff could not respond to the plaintiff's request because it did not receive the goods price from the above company due to the defect of the materials, there is no evidence to acknowledge the above assertion.

(The defendant did not receive any documentary evidence, and did not appear at the date of pleading open over twice). The plaintiff's claim is justified.
