1. The Defendant’s KRW 64,143,90 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from February 15, 2013 to November 10, 2015.
Reasons
1. On September 28, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a construction subcontract agreement with the Defendant Company and supplied and constructed materials required by the Defendant to implement the contractual terms.
