1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 53,002,015 and interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from February 12, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling paints, excessive liquor, etc., and the defendant is a company established for the purpose of wholesale business, etc., and the plaintiff supplied paint and paint to the defendant at the defendant's order, and

In regard to this, the defendant alleged to the effect that the data supplied by the plaintiff was not confirmed until now, and that the plaintiff cannot respond to the plaintiff's request due to the resignation and financial difficulties of the relevant employees, but the plaintiff's claim cannot be asserted on the ground of the above circumstances.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
