Defendants shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are bus officers belonging to the victim C limited partnership companies and the employees belonging to the headquarters C division of the Korea Trade Union E-U.S. bus headquarters.

The Defendants and the members of the labor union of the Korea Trade Union were not paid wages to the Defendants due to the pre-owner city bus strike belonging to the Korea Trade Union E-Mano-Ma branch from March 13, 2012 and the partial lock-out of the company starting from March 20, 2012, which started since the former branch of the Korea Trade Union, and started since March 20, 2012. On the other hand, the Defendants and the members of the Korea Trade Union thought that the strike would be long-term without the effect of the strike due to the normal bus operation of bus articles that did not participate in the strike, and that they were dissatisfied with the complaints against the bus articles

1. Defendant A

A. On April 11, 2012, from around 09:23 to 09:34, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the bus service of the victim company by force by interfering with the operation of the bus service of the victim company by interfering with the passage of the vehicle through force by obstructing the passage of the vehicle for the said time, in order to prevent some drivers from departing from the bus parking space of the victim company located in F in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

B. On April 12, 2012, from around 06:37 to 06:52, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the bus service of the victim company by force by interfering with the departure of the bus operation of the victim company by force, by means of obstructing the departure of the bus from the bus in front of the bus parking lot of the victim company, in order to prevent the departure of some drivers, who are on a strike with the Defendant, among those who are on a strike, in the vicinity of the bus with the Defendant.

2. Defendant B

A. On April 13, 2012, from around 09:50 to 10:07, the Defendant: (a) around the bus parking space of the said victim company; (b) around around the bus parking space of the said victim, the Defendant is going out of the garage in order to prevent a part of the drivers from departing from the bus in order to prevent the vehicle of some drivers.
