Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2014, at around 00:19, the Defendant driven a B LV vehicle under the influence of approximately 2 km in blood alcohol concentration of about 0.165% from the apartment complex of the 16-day Sinnam-Eup, Jinnam-ro, Seoul, to the road section of the 884 extreme apartment complex.
