On August 29, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven a B-car from the roads near the Jeju apartment located in Pyeongtaek-dong, Namyang-si, Namyang-si to the roads adjacent to the Maildo road located in Pyeongtaek-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
