A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in Busan District Court on January 18, 201, and on June 13, 2012, the same kind of criminal record is added to 11 times.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. At around 17:30 on March 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “humma will have waited for it at a time; (b)” in the cosmetic of Busan-gun; (c) stated that “the Defendant 17:30 on March 9, 2013, the Defendant cut off one copy of the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, GSST Card, one cash 8,000 won at the victim’s home page, and then cut off the card at the market price of the victim’s KRW 1:2,00,000. Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property two times.

2. On March 13, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) presented a false right to use the national card (credit number J) which was stolen from the above F from the above F at an I restaurant operated by the 50 major female in Suwon-gu Busan, Busan, as if he had a legitimate right to use the card; (b) signed and settled sales slips; and (c) used the stolen credit card.
