A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court on September 13, 2014, and on September 13, 2014, the same criminal record and the record of protective disposition are more than ten times.
1. The Defendant, at around 13:30 on December 17, 2014, called “D” in Daegu-gun District Court Decision 3:30, 2014, the Defendant, on the one hand, stolen the cash amounting to KRW 90,00,000 owned by the victim, and KRW 72,000,000,000,000 in cash owned by the victim from the hand of the same victim F (n, 72 years of age) from the victim E (n, e.g., the victim) to the fore part of the customer, who was on the part of his or her head and neglected surveillance.
2. On January 22, 2015, at around 16:40, the Defendant: (a) pretended to be a customer in the same manner as that of paragraph (1) in the “H” located in Daegu North-gu G commercial building 109; and (b) stolen the cash 50,000 won owned by the victim in the household of the victim I (n, 60 years of age); (c) one copy of the 100,000 won for the new world merchandise coupon; and (d) three copies of the official stamp of KRW 10,000,000 for the market price.
3. At around 17:00 on the same day as Paragraph 2, the Defendant pretended to be a customer by the method as Paragraph 1 of Paragraph 2 at the “KUB room” located in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, as well as cut off the delel gate in the face of the victim L(the age of 40,000,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 100,000 won in a lot department store.
4. At around 13:30 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant pretended to be a customer in the “Nustain” room located in Jinju-si, as in paragraph (1) and entered the same manner as in paragraph (1), and 15,000 won in cash owned by the victim’sO (the age of 14), and 17,000 won in a book loan certificate.
